Abstract

This article presents an overview of the holistic leadership model. Developed by the author, this compilation and integration of various theories, concepts, and writings on leadership, provides a comprehensive approach to leadership. Holistic leadership requires one to lead from the mind, the heart, and the soul. By applying these concepts and skills with a developmental systemic approach, the results are transformation at the individual, team, and organizational level. The holistic leadership model provides practitioners and organizations with a comprehensive template from which training and development programs can be designed and implemented.
